Established in 2016 by the University of New South Wales, the award celebrates Australians who have made outstanding contributions to promoting mental health or preventing and treating mental illness. This award recognised his pioneering research which has reshaped the treatment landscape for mental health conditions including bipolar disorder. Congratulations Professor Berk!
